Once dispatched, delivery typically arrives in 1-7 business days for metropolitan areas. Please note that regional, rural, or remote locations may experience slightly longer delivery times due to carrier schedules—we appreciate your understanding as we work with nature's rhythm.

Change of Mind Returns
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or if you've simply decided the product isn't right for you. Our beauty products are intimate and hygiene-sensitive, so once opened or used, they cannot be resold. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, ingredients, and any patch test recommendations before purchasing to ensure the best match for your skin.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we're here to make it right with a replacement at no extra cost to you.
To process your claim:
